I think it was a large part due to my Kickboxing gym, Ive gone twice a week for about a year, although, in the last couple months Ive ramped up the training a bit and the gains have started coming quicker and more noticable. Although, I thik theyd be expedidted if I didnt eat like a garbage disposal (I average like over a litre of coke a day)
