Well, firstly, I'd like to thank all the happy birthday wishers. I did indeed have a good day. The days since have been all squished together in my memory. Not because a lot happened, but because that's what happens in my head when I have days off. Yesterday I got half a jacket courtesy of my mom (I got the other half), so now I can pretend to be all respecable like in my fancy black suede coat. And today I purchased the other birthday present.

I've been a cigar smoker for a good number of years now and have always wanted to venture into pipes. So today I did. I went down to one of my favourite smoke shops, and threw myself at their mercy. I spent a good hour and a half there today, and then spent another good hour and a half walking around the river valley with my new pipe.



I've been focusing lately on non computery things, so as to make my down time more effective. I'm not really sure if I'm winning or not. Perhaps after I do suceed I'll post more. As it stands, it's hard enough digesting what does happen, let alone re-iterating it.
