The cat was taken home tonight. 
I got too attached in 3 weeks. He's now 1+ hour away.
So, the last of the good pictures I have:
As you can see, he took over my spot in front of the warm stove. I have another picture of me holding him as he's trying to squirm away because the carrier is right there. But the bags under my eyes are huge and dark and too obvious, my forehead is icky, and my teeth look half rotted.
I'll be fine.

Cats are gross anyway, what you really want is a soft cuddly mud skipper.
