It's hard for me when things end unexpectedly. I expect to be able to predict the end of things in my life. I'm usually good at this - mostly because I have an attraction to things that are fatal - and I've learned from experience that my gauge is excellent.

But not this time. This time I was thrown. Literally. thrown for a loop. (sorry cliche)

Rationally, it makes sense that this ended. Logically is coherent. I knew it would end eventually. I just didn't think now... didn't think today. hmmmmm.....

I suppose in the long run, it will be easier that this ended sooner than later.
