It really has been awhile since I popped in, huh? I actually have a JOB now! I'm hitting the groove there, and kind of enjoying it. As I tried to explain to my sister without sounding too much like a loser, bookkeeping and accounting sound like the most boring jobs in the world, but there is something very satisfying about the numbers all adding up correctly in the end.
So I have been happy since I started 2 weeks ago. Plus, we went to the San Juans the weekend before I started, and it was the most gloriously soothing 2.5 days of my life. You can see my pics here.
Yet over the last 2 days I have turned introspective again. I am crossing my fingers I'm just PMSing and this will pass soon. I'm sick to death of mooning over my ex-girlfriend. Sick of her just popping into my head and refusing to leave.
We went to Leavenworth last weekend - my wanderlust was in full swing. Maybe I'll fire up the digital camera and start modifying pics for the web. That should take my mind off things for a while.

Glad to hear that things are looking up for you. Work has a way of leveling out your life, wouldn't you say? I recently saw Interpol & Bravery at the Crystal & it was sooooo great!!!!! With the cost of tickets, crowds & fag smoke it's tough to drag yourself out to a show. There are quite a few bands still worth the effort, you just have to dig. Hope all is well.
