Sunday I decided to do something I haven't in a while-- shadowbox with free weights. Now, I tend to have no problem doing in the neighborhood of fifty knuckle push-ups, I feel a little soreness in the muscles when I'm on my routine, sure, which is how you know it works. The free weights... not such a great idea. I threw a right cross that swung my rosary so hard it pulled the cross out of the cheap piece of shit. I still haven't found it. But it, along with the entirety of coverage, really showed how effective new media is in shaping global opinion, which influences the actions of nation-state & non-nation actors. 4G warfare, hopefully not coming to a neighborhood near us anytime soon, because it is difficult as fuck as a living, evolving, concept.
