OK, so It turns out I went to high school with someone kinda famous. Last night Megan White showed up at the bar I work at, and I recognized her right away. I asked her how she'd been, and made her a drink, and moved on to help some other customers. Well, as it turned out, she hung out up at the bar for a while, and we rapped a lil more, and she turned out to be a lot like I remember her from high school. She was a super shy, quiet girl, but stood her ground on issues, and didn't waffle on any of her opinions. The weird part was that as we were blabbing someone came up to her and asked to take a picture with her. I thought that was kinda weird. I mean she's not really THAT striking in person, nor very outgoing, so why was it anyone would feel so overwhelmed to wanna take a picture with her? Shortly thereafter, however, she told me that ever since she and Jack were on MTV, she hasn't really been able to go anywhere without someone eventually recognizing her. So I asked her who the hell Jack is and how she'd ended up on MTV. That's when I found out she's in the White Stripes. Well, needless to say, once she took that photo, people began coming up to her and asking for her autograph and to take pictures with her. She didn't last very long with that, and bailed like ten minutes later. That girl is like way too shy to be famous. Not that anyone should be, but man I bet she's not digging it so much. Sorry Megan! Good to see ya again though!
