Great weekend.

It was awesome seeing everyone, and it was nice to have a little bit of a relaxing weekend before I start working for real.

Good timing on the job too too, I think my car is dead... time to start car shopping.

I skated my buddy's ramp in Tucson yesterday afternoon... it was the best ramp I've ever skated.

It made me miss Tucson even more.

I start work this weekend, that should be a good thing... I have been so broke for so long.

It does feel pretty good to have my life back in order now. Not as much drinking, I have a good job, I've been skating almost everyday, and I bitch about my failed relationship much less.

Skateboarding is kicking my ass.

So tonight it's bowling.


Man I'm getting old.

Things get better, and worse...

Its the pattern of life.

Today has been pretty good.

*I got to wake up to someone's smile, it had been way too long.

*I got takeout at my favorite Chinese food place.

*I layed on the couch and watched New Jack City

*I did tons of laundry.

*I did some yard work and attempted to salvage our front lawn.

Last night was good.

Tonight I'm thinking skateboarding... but we'll have to wait and see.

I've been much happier lately.


Things have gotten better in all ways since I decided I needed to make things better.



It's odd how things work.

No skating yet. Still a little out of the loop... but I'm getting better daily.

I have some friends coming in town tonight, so I might have to let the weekday sobriety thing go for a day or two.


Where is downingolsen I expected to hear from him by now. I guess I have to wait till Friday.

It feels strange that its been an entire week since I skated. I guess that's what getting hurt does to you.

Tomorrow sunburns at sunsplash... hopefully.

Definitely some skateboarding tomorrow night.

Maybe a T Town trip on Thursday.

Then drinks with downingolsenthis weekend.
