go in to the orthopedic docs next week, but my shoulder is much better over this last week. i can sleep on my stomach again and actually have a little bit of pressur on that shoulder for a long amount of time. whew . . . so close, so close . . .

Congratulations. Your internal alarm clock is now permanently set. Mine fires off every morning around 7:00am. During the week it's no problem, but when I don't go to sleep until 3:00am on the weekends, involuntarily waking up at 7:00am sucks major dick.
