I still haven't quite gotten over the stress of retail during christmas and it seems like it'll be a while till we get some rest.

Apparently we had a secret shopper yesterday while I was working and noone talked to him for an hour. I say that's complete bullshit because we were slow and I had two of my best people on... but that still going to be shitty to deal with.
