Tucson was a complete blast. It was great to see everyone, and SGAZ definetly represented. Got to see some people I hadn't seen in a long time and hanging with them really made my night.

Do you ever get those blah moments in life where everything routine just isn't interesting anymore and you have no desire to partake in any of it? Yeah...that's where I'm at right now. Everytime I walk by my computer I just shrug and sigh. I just don't feel like I have anything interesting to say (although I can admit that I do check the site at least once a day--just haven't been commenting as much). I have, however, been reading and painting (I have found a new obession with the color teal) a lot. Books I recommend to you:
Girl with a Pearl Earring (this may not be your cup o' tea, but it's soooooo good. it's actually what my current journal entry is about. SO good!)
High Fidelity (I have seen the movie a gazillion and ten times but reading the book after the fact is still pretty entertaining and brings a whole new light to the characters)
And that's about it. I hope Tucson is a blast and the Burlesque show was fun and the drive wasn't too hot and the drinking was exciting and your new job is awesome.
If it were sunny and hot right now, I do believe everything would be completely awesome here. But one can't get everything, right?

I'm going to skateboard (cheaper), the session is over at 10 so I might make it over if I'm not too tired.
So I now work at a skate shop again. It's a bit more intense than the old ones, but at the same time there's alot more opportunity to move up.

I just read your friday post: yes, waking up at 5:00am sucks so bad, doesn't it? On Tuesday, I was offered a different job, which also means that I don't have to wake up at 5:00am either. I'm so stoked.

My sister's out of town so I went to Mom and Dad's and stole her car for a few days. The ac is almost too cold, but much better.

So yesterday I acomplished absolutely nothing. It was great...
I did however get a press kit from Victory full of harcore albums. While they're not usually my thing I do love driving around blasting hardcore with the windows down. People just can't figure out why anyone would listen to that stuff.
Today I do nothing yet again. Waking up at noon has been awesome.
