Respect, there seems to be so little of it these days and that is very sad.
Respect is one of the most precious things we can give, not only to ourselves but one another.
It is one of the hardest things to earn, one of the hardest things to offer and even more so to nurture and keep.
It is easier to mock those things, we do not believe in or enjoy and belittle the people that do, than it is to embrace the things that make us similar, that make us unique, interesting.
Harder still, to offer it without commanding it be returned.
