A thought
becomes a whisper
filling the brain
with candy it can't eat.
Solitude
is sometimes
the only real part of the day.
Unclad in the armor of chivalry
Let the shroud of courtesy slip
Undo all that was done
let slip the veil of secrecy
One simple moment of peace
interrupted
by a flash
of tomorrow.
