I guess yesterday was too good. 
I woke up around 3:30-4 am and began vomiting. This has continued thoughout the entire day
I ended up having to cancel my eye doctor appt and not go to work. I missed my own happy hour 
It seems 2 of my co-workers also got sick...we all ate the same thing at the lunch meeting yesterday and nobody else ate it. Luckily I seemed to have stopped puking, but that just might be because I haven't eaten since yesterday, so I've got nothing left.
I still have a tummy ache, body aches, chills and a fever. If I'm not feeling better in the morning, then I may need to go to a walk-in clinic...I can't let myself get dehydrated.
Hopefully tomorrow can go back to Thursday's trend, but only as long as I don't have to repeat this day ever again.
