Today started out pretty crudy, but voila turned out quite awesome 
Josh had a couple of fantastic interviews and totally nailed the one that he was super interested in. I have a really good feeling that he'll at least have 1 offer by the end of next week.
I had a terrific afternoon at work. I spoke my mind and was heard. I was told by the new VP in my current department that he wishes that I hadn't left and would love for me to consider coming back one day. I had an awesome SQL training session and was told how smart I was and how much everyone is glad that I'm coming back to advertising. I trained my current boss on web anayltics and the software and she was blown away by my knowledge since I was self-trained. I was stopped numerous times to be told how respected I was and how people think me and my new boss will be such a power team.
Sorry to be braggy, but it was just one of those super wonderful days at work where you feel like you matter.

Good for you. There is nothing like being talked up all day. It gives you an extra strut in your step. Good luck to Josh about his job opportunities.
