Yeah, so yesterday before lunch I was feeling fine. By the afternoon I was having one of my worst pain flair-ups. I've been is so much pain that I have been near tears constantly. Work is at a bust ass pace, family shit is stressing me, work politics have been hard, plus a bunch of other stress probably caused the sudden intense flair up.
I have a party to go to Saturday that I am excited and nervous about, so I hope I'm doing at least somewhat better by then.
