Well, I did it. I actually worked out last night.
Nothing too outstanding, but its definitely a start. This afternoon Ill do the same thing. My plan is to work out daily for at least 30 minutes until I get back into the swing of thingsthen Ill be able to build up from there. Im also going to pull out my yoga dvd and try to do that at least twice a week.
