Yeah, I've been a slacker lately when it comes to updating. Sorry, but I've just been ill, hurt and working way too much.
First off, I know I was tagged, but I don't like that survey so I'm just going to pass for nowsorry.
I found a place to stay in the keys for the days I neededmy tax refund is paying for that part of the trip. Next I just have to find a way to obtain some extra cash so I can actually do some things while I'm there. I'm sure that I'll figure it outI always do. At least on the day of the wedding I get to do plenty of free drinking...weddings are good for that at least
I just got done with a Leadership conference for our consultants on Saturday.I hate those people sooo much. Part of me isn't even sure why I have such disdain for them, but I do. This week our parent company is holding their big quarterly review meeting here...so I have another long ass week ahead of me.
My neck still hurts, but I now have physical therapy three days a week. In addition to that I've had the flu and a non-stop headache. The headache has been going on for over two weeks now and on Friday it caused me to be disoriented and to puke every time I tried to ride or drive anywhere. On Friday night when I was on my way home from work I had to keep pulling over to puke, even though I had not eaten anything since Thursday night. One time I pulled into a very upscale condominium complex across from Lake Eola right next to a guy sitting in his $80,000.00 SUV and puked. He just stared, probably in disbelief that all his money hadn't shielded his rims from my vomit.
As for the saying that money doesnt buy happinesswell that may be true, but it sure can help alleviate the stresses that get in the way of happiness.
