Customer Service in this country has gone to hell. It sucks and I want to scream
How hard is it to say I dont know, let me get you with a supervisor? Also, how hard is it to hire a supervisor with half a fucking brain?
Okay, so I ordered two phones from T-Mobile and due to one department not knowing what the other was doing I never got the phonesthey were actually never shipped at all. After much correspondence and several tries, I decided to just cancel the order. I figured this was a good representation of what future service would be like.
After that mess, I ordered two phones from Sprint PCS on 12/18/05. They were supposed to be in my hands within 4 daystoday and still no phones. I call Sprint and am told to call another number, who tells me to call another number, who tells me to call another number. I give up and send an e-mail, they respond with a different number. I call the new number and Im on hold for 50 minutes only to be told to call another number. I correspond via 6 e-mails before getting the correct number to call and they tell me that the phones havent shipped, but they will go ahead and release the order and have them shipped out today. That does not work for meI needed a cell phone before I drove 8 hours by myself tomorrow.
I am currently waiting for a local store to call me back and let me know if they can match the online deal and hold a couple of phones for me. In the meantime I am on hold with another Sprint number trying to cancel the web order.
