So I just got back from a trip four hours away to visit my dad's grave. It was a year to the date (26th) that he had died. But it was easier to take b/c I felt that I had already lived through the day b/c it was on a Wednesday of last year and this year the 26th's was on a Thursady. He had already passed and the hardest decision of my life had already been made by Thursday. (To take him off life support...) So the ride was kind of for him. The trees are turning wonderful colors and I took LOTS of pics of them. My pup Sebastian was in the car too AND Matt matttegoon was in the car too. I'm glad he came along. It was nice to have someone to share that with. We sang to songs of Motown and Flogging Molly, played with Sebastian and took him on a walk, visited some run down houses and took back roads to places of awsome colors!
It has been such a long week, a long month, but the best part is about to come...HALLOWEEN! YAY! I have already carved a pumpkin so far, it's at my moms' house; but I have more for my house! Woo Hoo! And apples and nuts and cookies to bake...I'm excited! That's all I have for now, gotta get up early for work.
