had a show in Sunnyvale last night at the quarternote. that place is pretty rockin'. the person who does the booking is kind of a dink though. they had a bad ass local band play with us, but they had them open. i mean, we're good and all, but when traveling 200 miles to a new town where nobody knows you makes it kind of hard to pack a house. the local band should have headlined and we should have opened. i did have a bunch of people who were planning on coming out to the show, but since we played so late last night, the buttheads got drunk too early and couldn't drive by the time they needed to leave. i love alcoholic friends.
we have another house party show later today. this busy schedule is making the summer just fly by. that's good though. i generally don't like the heat.
can't wait to go camping on tuesday though. it seems like we only get out to do it like once a year. mostly because of my band, but, to quote AC/DC, 'it's a long way to the top if you want to rock & roll!" lol. ahhhhhh, i think i'm a bit sleep deprived -bleh.
