it is a couple of days after the fact, but i'm going to update about my day on 6/6/6. i went and saw the new omen. since it was opening day i picked up a 14x24 authentic movie poster. i have a couple of spares too. most of my friends probably wouldn't want it cause it has an upside down cross on it. silly christians. anyway, i've yet to see the original, but i heard they are about the same. i thoroughly enjoyed the music score, but other than that it was just an o.k. movie. on my way back from the theatre i swung by my place of employment and picked up afi's latest release decemberunderground. it took some listening to before i started to appreciate it. it is like a cross between the cure, marilyn manson and afi. there is a whole bunch of electronica stuff thrown in it. regardless, it's growing on me. when i finally got home i continued reading my darth maul star wars novel. yep, i'm a star wars nerd. of coarse i'm always rooting for the sith. there you have it. that was my evil day.

on a more recent note, my crazy parents are at it again. we're going to check out a couple of more houses here in ripon. the property has two houses on it and is selling for slightly more than what this house is worth. the real estate snakes are telling my parents that they can make an offer on the contigency that they sell this house -in other words, my parents will make an offer on that property, the seller will take it off the market untill my parents sell this house or untill our time limit is up. like i said, my 'rents are crazy, but if it works, i'll have my own little shanty to rent off of them. here's to hope.
