Went to the gym today. This is only my 4th time at this new gym. I like it so far. Not so many meat heads. The bodybuilders that are at this one seem pretty nice and not snobby like the others.
So, I am feeling pretty strong even though I had not been training in a few months. I met up with a trainer and we did some tests. More tomorrow. Looks like I am sitting at 14% bodyfat weighing in at 180. So that is not good for me. But within the next few months I should drop 7% and stay the same weight or a little more.
It was funny, she could not pinch any fat really on my arms or upper body... I just get fat down below!
I did about half an hour of kickboxing. My form is good but I am not feeling to speed or power I need. Of course I always work on it after weights so I loose alot of gas from that. I need to work on my kicks and stretching
