It's been awhile I know.....
ZEN FOR THOSE WHO TAKE LIFE TOO SERIOUSLY: HONK IF YOU LOVE PEACE AND QUIET.
Word of the day: integrity
So I'm back. My computer got some virus and we had to crash and reboot the whole thing. Luckily Chris is a computer dork and fixed it in 2 days.
So Stressbomb had another show Saturday night. A band that we're friends with came up from Philly to play. I was drinking from 5:30 - 3 AM - a good time was had (well from what I can remember anyway). Some 50 year old guy in the bar tried calling me a conformist because I buy Domino's Pizza. He said I looked like a punk and that buying into corporations isn't very punk rock. I told him he didn't know shit and to shut up. I love people who try to stereotype and think they know what they're talking about... idiots. Anyway, Chris's drummer said he was gonna put our friends from Philly up in a hotel so as the show was about to end I asked Adam where he was putting them up and if he had a room reserved. Of course he said no. HE DIDN'T RESERVE A ROOM ON MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND!!! So 7 hotels and 20 minutes later I found a place for them to stay. I tell you men if it weren't for women........
So I met this hot chick at the show that was doing merch for our friends. I saw [the singer] Bob talking to her so I asked him who she was - I tell you this girl had one of the nicest racks I've ever seen in my life! Bob told me she'd appreciate me saying that so I went to talk to her. She said, "I like your dress" and I rhetorted with, "Thanks, I like your rack." and we hung out.
Wedding stuff is getting underway. I've spent the past 2 weeks getting all my bridesmaids on track to buying their dresses and shoes. I can't believe I'm getting married in 4 months!!!!
If you haven't seen my bday pix yet, they're in my pics
section. I think I've rambled enough for today. Cellar door
My bridesmaids dresses. They're gonna be in sage green but my matron of honor is in this color
