So it's been awhile but I've been bedridden for the past few days. I've got a sprained ankle AND back so my life's been ever so exciting. The ankle happened friday night when a band who Chris and I are friends with came up from VA. We took them to their hotel and I had to pee really bad so as I was running up the stairs to the room I took a nice digger. The good news is I didn't pee myself tho!
The back happened on Saturday when I was at work going to sit in my chair and when I turned to sit something in my back said "Fuck you!"
On a lighter note Chris's band played their second show in Colchester and it was stellar. I spent most of the time downstairs in the bar but at least I could hear the bands and they all sounded great. My friend Jenny and I invented a shot called Satan's Jizz. She made up the name I made up the recipe which you will only get in private if you're that curious; so you'll either hafta IM me or email me if ya wanna know that bad.
That's about all that's been going on with me so I'm gonna get back to my heating pad. Word to your grandma on the G-string Q-tip. Cellar door

Try alternating ice and heat that is what I do for my batlle wounds. Ice for pain works very well.
