This story is interesting and because almost everyone on Periscope and Instagram ask me about my name, I decided to do this blog homework @missy @rambo

My real name is Silvia, and in italian language the meaning of this name is "someone who lives in the forest" (in Italian "forest" can be also translated with "selva" - so I think that "Silvia", in ancient times, came from this word).

Then, I graduated university in japanese culture and language, so I wanted a japanese name on here. So I just tryed to translate "Silvia" in japanese, by translating the "meaning" of the name. In japanese "Moriko" is formed by 2 kanji : 森 (mori) and 子 (ko). 森 stands for "forest" and 子 stands for "kid, girl" and is very used in japanese names. So now you now that my name on SG is basically the same as my real name, but in a different language! ahah :D

ps : Silvia can be also written in japanese using katakana alphabet as シルヴィア.
