Today was the start of my vacation! Yay! I haven't had a significant amount of time off since August. That may not seem like a long time, but when you work retail it feels like years. Here's how it is going to go:
Today I celebrated this event by doing dishes, laundry, baking banana bread, doing other general cleaning, and going to see 'Jesus Christ Super Star.' Let me tell you after 30 some years of doing this, Ted Neely looks plastic and quite possibly believes he actually IS Jesus. I'm not a super religious person by any means, but that man had the crucification down.
Tomorrow we're doing Easter dinner (beer-butt chicken and brownies!) at my parents house and watching MST3K with my sister before going to see 'Grindhouse' later in the evening.
Monday will involve a lot of 'Viva Piata' and 'Dancing with the Stars', then Tuesday and Wednesday Nic has Jaden.
Thursday we are leaving for Chicago to go see the 'Body Worlds 2' exhibit at the MSI, and the 'From Cezanne to Picasso' exhibit at the CIA. We've got a hotel booked on Lake Shore Drive, and Friday morning we're driving to Indianapolis to shop at the Fossil clothing store :o).
Saturday I have free!!!

Things filled up fast, but I'm glad I'm getting out of town. I love road trips.
