I've never been able to figure out if it's a plus or a minus to get sicky McSickface on one's day off of work. Of course the benifit being that I don't have to stand around for hours on end dealing with people, but the minus being I never feel like I get anything done because my lazy sick ass is laid up on the couch watching CSI episodes On Demand and episodes of Take Home Chef on TLC.
At least I did about 6 loads of laundry yesterday. I started early but it killed me around the four o'clock hour, surrendering me to my box of tissues and hot apple cider.
I do think that I am 'blessed' if that is the right word, to have 4 feline doctors whom make it a point to all camp out on my lap and lick my hand as if to nurse me back to health. They get mad at me when I walked around, but yet wait patiently for me to come back and lay down next to them.
Gah, I need to blow my nose.
