For the first time I've spent a quiet day without quarrels, screams and rages.

I'm coming right at the limit of endurance and it is not easy to express patience and calm.But I'm trying.

This is the hardest moment and I can not find me unprepared.

A proverb says: "Calm is the virtue of the brave! "

I don't know how far I can be strong. But I must not let me down. I have to go all the way into what I fixed for myself.

I should try to be more positive and think only good things that every day can offer. Being sick does not help nor depressed.
