Annual San Francisco Cannabis Day and Global Marijuana March
Sixteenth Annual Event to Take Place First Weekend in May
Thursday, April 16th, 2009, San Francisco, CA - In association with the Global Marijuana March, a worldwide event taking place on May 2nd, the 16th annual San Francisco celebration of cannabis/marijuana will feature a march around the Civic Center Plaza from 12:00-12:30pm with flags, balloons and hand drums encouraged! Live music starts right after the Annual Marijuana March which will be followed by a festival featuring notable speakers, live music and over 30 booths featuring hemp products as well as food.
Under new management who is proud to carry on a fine tradition in the San Francisco Community, and the direction of a new production company, Delta Dove Events, the event anticipates approximately 10,000 attendees.
WHEN: Saturday May 2, 2009 from 12:00pm to 6:30pm
