I have a wedding dilema. Next week I have to go to a wedding, and I am expected to bring a date. The person I had originally planned on bringing is no longer an option. I figured that it would not be to much of a problem, that I could just find someone else to ask. Then I injured my knee. Now I am wondering, is a wedding, plus a girl on crutches to much for any one date to handle, lol. I think I am going to end up bringing a girlfriend along, even though I am not really supposed to. Besides that I had bought this great Marilyn style fish tail dress, and I'm not even sure if I can wear it now. Urghh. It is impossible to look good with this thing on my leg.
When I finally get this off, I am going out for a night on the town. Lots of shopping... lots of dancing...and lots of sexy heels.
On a side note, my interviews are coming up for school, and I am so excited! I finaly got all my references from the places I volunteer at and am feeling very prepared.
The center I volunteer at is being wonderfully supportive of my accident, so even though I can't work my shifts right now, I still feel like I am helping in any small way I can. If there is one thing I hate most is the feeling of not getting anything done.
