The current trend in education in our country and in my state, CA, makes me sick and the lack of foresight in people is sick. As a future teacher I want to say that this is a warning to all of you who have kids or are thinking about having kids. Our current public education system is broken, the way in which changes are being purposed will not fix anything at all, they will make the situation worse.
