The newsgroup alt.binaries.pictures.erotica.anime comes to mind as a great source of hentai. It requires setting up usenet news however or subscribing to a service like www.easynews.com which costs money. On the other hand, you get complete scans for manga series (some upwards of 500 pages scanned.)
