Update Time!

Let me take this time to point out the fact that the Houston music scene is absolutely terrible. As a matter of fact, I'm not sure this city gives a shit about anything. We went to see Hot Water Music on Tuesday in town and it was terrible. The band was great; it was the crowd that sucked. There couldnt have been more than 15 people there that actually gave a damn about what was going on. The rest of them just stood there lifeless as the band played a great set. THANK GOD FOR AUSTIN!! Inspired by the lack of energy in Houston we were off to Austin to see the same show the very next night. I could not believe I was in the same state, or even the same planet, as the night before. The crowd was great and they gave love and energy to all the bands that played. I dont think I have ever had more fun at a show than I did Wednesday night, complete with Michelle and I getting on stage to sing on more than one occasion and drunk voice mail messages to the cool kids in SB . We didnt get home until after 5:00am, and didnt get shit for sleep after that anyway. All and all the night was incredible and well worth the hang over the next day.

ps. If you have never seen Hot Water Music live do your self a favor and go see them. DO IT !!!
