Im getting really tired...and yet can't sleep a lot lately...There have been a number of stressers lately....most recently a couple of kids who ran through the parking lot at Jeff's work and placed metal under tires...20 some odd people had tires pop from this...but the company is too cheap to invest in decent cameras...so they're shit out of luck for catching the culprets.
There is talk of Bluecross/Blueshield bennys coming his way...50 bucks a month would cover us both...We shall see if I still have a job at the time to be able to afford that.....another store closed yesturday...the locks on the door were changed....Most of what I am hearing is that leases are coming up with the landlords and the company has decided either they want too much or the store just isn't worth keeping open...My boss swears if he hears anything he will give us as much notice as he is given...We are all kinda worried...Most of us have been looking for alternate employment to no avail...Right now the game store is what is keeping us open...Before we had a feature on our Portal....to see if other stores in the area had a particular title in their library at the time of open that day....a fairly useful tool....When I went to use said tool last night, I had a startling realization - every store that was listed has since CLOSED ITS DOORS PERMANENTLY....Yeah....our closest stores are now Lindsay and Broadway.....and 44th and Thomas....That's fucking insane!
Anyways - I am fairly sure if our store closes, the company is going under hardcore....but of course they don't want to let on to the fact that Blockbuster and Netflix are killing our business....
I've been having really graphic and frightening night terrors a lot when I do finally sleep....I wake up either drenched in sweat or crying uncontrollably....I punched Jeff in the face one night because of something he did in a dream...and me punching him is how I woke up....I can't keep this shit up....I need to be back on medication....Oh and come to find out - I am legally required to report myself as EX-Military....because I have a record with the government as such...fanfuckingtastic...so not only have I done NOTHING with my life thus far...when asked my military status....I am supposed to tell them it was an "Entry Level Separation" for "Performance and Conduct." An Entry Level Separation is not characterized. That means it's not "honorable," it's not "general," and it's not "Other than Honorable." It has no characterization at all.
Still - if ya ask me, it's going to make me look like shit on paper.
