I'm at that point. My breaking point.
My sales at work have been suffering - now I know why. 1. The system isn't updating like it's supposed to. 2. People are avoiding the register when I work with them, and only tendering things that will bump their sales %....
Their numbers look FANTASTIC, the store's numbers overall are flourishing, meanwhile I am below the company standard, because I am being screwed out of sales....
2 people I work with are "putting in notice" supposidly...and I just found out people from "closed" stores are being offered hours at our store....thus making my hours go down EVEN more....
I'm done. I don't care. If this gets any worse, I will resign....I have been drinking myself to a stuppor every night just to go to SLEEP...and not have to THINK about how corrupt this corperation is..and how much I am being nailed in the ass (against my will).
I stumbled on a job possiblity of a food place in the mall opening, they need staff - I have kept my Food Handler's Card up to date...and have experience doing a grand opening already - cross your fingers they haven't filled all the positions, and want someone with management experience....
I'm exhausted...a girl at work requested this next weekend off for a "camping trip"...now her friends have "rescheduled" for the following weekend....so I got screwed this week...and now I will likely be screwed next week....even though she "promised" to have this be the last time off request from her before Christmas (she's requested about 8 days off in the last month)....so I won't hold my breath - Tomorrow I change my avaliability to nights-only. Jeff is going to do an overnight shift...and I would like to see him when he isn't working.
