I honestly thought, when we moved into this condo, that by paying $1900 dollars just to get the fucking keys, mean't that I wasn't going to have Mom and Dad peeking over my shoulder to make sure I wiped my feet and took off my shoes once I came in-doors.....

I was evidently WRONG.

Got an email from owners stating they want to do a "summer" walkthrough now....On a day that is not only AWFUL for me (because I will likely be closing that night and will already be at work) but is a day/time that JEFF will be working too! Are you fucking kidding me?! Well they just had a kid and weekends are busy for them and blahdiblah difuckingblah! That's bullshit....So not only did I fork over a cleaning deposit, pet deposit, first month's rent, last month's rent and the fee for an application....but You people are going to be checking up on us every 3 fucking months because the last tenant fucked you over?!

Pretty sure that is why we paid a FUCKING SECURITY DEPOSIT! GRR! I am so pissed off right now....With good reason IMHO....My cats get very skiddish with new people coming over so I will have to kennel them....for this encounter...and the last time, they wanted to chat it up, shoot the shit, etc.....Not happening this time....I have too much shit going on to have social hour while my cats are locked up (which seriously scares them enough already) only to have nervous owners checking to make sure the place isn't trashed....and for what? A lousy $25 bucks off that month's rent.....

That's it! Mine and Jeff's credit may be shit.....but guess what?! There are a LOT of vacancies in this neighborhood....goin for a helluva lot less than $700 a month + Utilities....Come November I don't think we will be resigning with these people....this is just bullshit.
