just try to remain optimistic. once you start looking on the downside it's hard to get back up there. Things will get better in due time, no worries. =] In the meantime, just relax. go with the flow and never stop being yourslf.
So we got hit by a small ice storm overnight. This means we were unable to go to the Christmas party today, and might mean I won't be able to go home tonight and have to stay overnight. I hope that isn't the case, but it looks like it is what's going to happen.

Started a second job today. Working as a substitute anything for Head Start(it's a pre-school program). It was fun, only worked a couple hours as a bus aid. I'm looking forward to doing more work. Granted I hope next time I don't have to take a few to get a flu shot. Kids crying makes me sad.
Today marks the 5th year anniversary of my marriage to my wonderful wife. It surprises me that 5 years doesn't really seem all that long. We have had a very good run of it, and here's hoping we make it another 5 years with as little problems as we have had so far.

I have baked my first two apple pies today. I'm using my mothers recipe that calls for no sugar added at all. I love that pie more than most things in the world. I hope it is as good as it smells right now. I'm very proud of finally deciding to do this.
