Suddenly unsure of everything. Depression hit me like a truck today. I'm just sort of going through the motions. Not sure what to do.

Awwe, well that can be hard especially early in a relationship, I hope she realizes you might just need a bit of time to at least start working through it on your own.

I'm going through some stuff myself at the moment, and i'm finding that people not being able to understand why I go about things the way I do is what makes them upset or angry


Some people process things out loud and some don't, but not everybody gets that
