Our cat passed away today.
She was laying on the couch between my wife and I and started to spasm, and then only breathed in gasps.
She has been sick for a while, not eating for the last week.
This is kind of a relief, she's not in pain, she's not starving, she's just gone.
I had my wife leave the room and I spent her last few moments with her, and then buried her in the back yard.
