So I'm a big fan of comics, and thus a big fan of comic book movies, and my favorite comic of all time has been Watchmen. With the new movie out, I was trying hard not to get my hopes up for how good it might be.
I just got to see it tonight with the wife(damn work, this was my first chance)and I have to say, they had it spot on. Everything was accurate but the end, which I feel was a change that made it a better movie(not going to say more for those who have not seen it yet).
Regardless to say, my favorite comic is now my favorite comic book movie, which makes me very happy in a very dorky way.

We went to the midnight showing with Keith and Tacy. I was very impressed. I have yet to read the comic though, but Tacy said she'll let me borrow it
