Ok so I get there... I see a couple kids, I'm thinking oh there's bound to be a few, the little punk wannabes. I get in there, hanging out with my friend... Looking around.... No alcahol, ok I can deal... Everybody seems uh... Pretty young.
This was the one place where I did NOT want to stand out. But there aren't many highschool kids with hair down to the small of their back
Yeah... I stayed a bit longer then figured I'd head home, Catch as much of the early anime as I can on TV.
I can make friends four years younger than me and friends three times my age but I can't make friends my age!
Grrr a little frustrated... So bored, and I work sunday. This was my night off. *grumblegrumblehmmph*

And I wouldn't mind friends a couple years older, but when your friend is a bit younger and she invites you to hang out with her friends that are a bit younger than her. They end up being considerably younger than you.
