Well life's been interesting the last little while. What with the Suudsu and the giant wrench, boy's night and the horrible, mexican gummy crocodile.

But today I was called to the courthouse for Jury selection.
There were two cases they needed to pick jurys for. Both trials started that day.
So they randomly called 65 people up and went through them all before finding the 12 members and 2 backups.
I kind of wanted to be called. They said the trial could go on a week which meant I'd be out $200 for not being able to work, which I'd have made an effort to manage had I been called because I wanted to show up all the losers and their lame-ass excuses for getting out of being selected.
There was a recess then we were called in and told that there were some developments in the other case they needed a jury for so they weren't going to need another 12 people. So we were able to go... I celebrated by buying a russian gas mask from the army surplus store. It is teh spiff...

*Hour later*

And now I've just had a long heart felt talk with my girlfriend... I don't know if wer'e going to keep going out. I've had a few issues. Age, personality conflict... We'll see how it goes... Maybe we just need a bit of time alone. She's kind of been living here latly.
