AAARRRGGGG 
New neighbors just moved in over the weekend and thty are already pissing me off. I could understand moving the furniture around for a few days but the kids are constantly running around and the adults walk around like they have cement on thier feet, BOOM BOOM BOOM BOOM is all that you hear and its only been 3 days. It makes me wish I had my old neighbors back they were pretty quiet the only noise you heard from them was the bed squeaking if you was home between 5-7 every other day or on sundays, a lil embarassing if you had company over at those times,but if you would have seen the lady that lived there you would understand, I would have tagged it too as much as I could 
. I will give them a few more days to settle in before I go up and introduce myself hopefully everything will workout
