Christ, my boss is a bitch. She gets off at 4pm and I get on at 5 but she wrote me a letter saying that she "observed" me standing around when there were things to be done and that I need to help my coworkers more. It's a load of bullshit. My first week there she was on vacation and after that she called in sick. Now she clocks out every day an hour early. We've been out of chocolate syrup, coco powder, carbonated water (soda!), forks, and a ton of other stuff that makes it hard to work without. Then she is never even there to "observe" my working habits. She didn't even ask my coworkers if I did/didn't do the things she is saying. So I went to talk to her about it today and she said "don't get defensive" that's just what I observed. I can't believe it. I do more than some of the other workers do. I mean one of my coworkers doesn't do things because she "doesn't see the point" in doing them.
