From 172 to 165 and going...I've done the herbal cleanse, and now that I can finally eat anything I want to, I don't want to eat anything else but the healthy stuff I've been eating...kind of ironic, but I was told it would happen. Better for me anyway... Now I'm still taking the catalyst 3 times a day and I'm drinking my morning spark energy drink, but I've included MNS Max 3 kit. MNS (Metabolic Nutrition System) has all the extra vitamins, minerals, and nutrients that your body needs that you may or may not be getting from the food you eat. The Kit version comes with Spark Energy drink and meal replacements. The three MNS packages are Max C, which is more geared toward appetite control, Max E, which is geared toward Energy, and Max 3, which is a happy medium. All come in basic and Kit form. I wanted to join a gym class that would totally kick my ass (check out CrossFit, and watch their videos!), but I just found out that I'm going to need some major physical therapy for my knees, so the awesome workouts are going to have to take a back seat for now...Which sux, cause I was really looking forward to having my ass kicked in some amazing classes...
