Today my herbal cleanse pack and other helpful products arrived, I'm excited! I will be cleaning out my body, which will help it to absorb the good nutrients that I've been better at digesting. I've got a good energy drink, meal replacement shakes, Catalyst (which helps shed fat while preserving muscle), and the cleanse itself. I'll update everyday and let everyone know how well it goes!
