Last night was a very much needed night...I went to Freddies, and bought food and bath stuff...went to Walmart, bought a 27" flat screen tv 
and then I took a really really hot color bath, and soaked....read, washed, relaxed, and then got out and fell asleep....got up, did 50 minutes worth of yoga naked, that was fun, and now I'm on the computer....I definately feel good....I think in a little bit here I'm going to go back to walmart and buy new dishes, and if I have the money back to Freddies and buy area rugs...I've already got everything picked out, just waiting until I have the money to buy them...a few days ago I got a brand new microwave, so now I don't have to threaten it to turn it off (my old one was possessed). all my old dishes and things that I'm replacing I think I'm going to give to the women's resource center...then I don't feel to bad about throwing out everything...well, I'm going to go buy SG Yoga Pants, I've wanted them for a while, and I've got a little money, so I'm going for it...I'm really spoiling myself right now, and it feels fabulous!

So, it looks like Wednesday for sushi this week! 8pm at the Pearl district Sushi Land. The event is posted up on the events page with the address and stuff. I'm doubting much of a turnout with such short notice, but if you can make it there should hopefully be at least 2 or 3 people there.

So how long have you been doing yoga and how did you get into it? Would you say that it is beneficial?
