Just had my butt handed to me in Krav class tonight. Find it hard to move let alone type. But I am so glad I pushed myself.

Good morning Saturday, time to get my workout of the way and then... well hmmm nothing.
Thanks to FB I will always know when it is Monday, Wednesday and Friday. But never know when its Tuesday or Thursday. Those two days are like the family members you never really want to talk about.

Been trying to find myself a Keep Calm and Chive on T-shirt. They are impossible to get on thechive.com. I found them on ebay, but man not sure I want to drop 70 bucks on a shirt. They normally go for 24 bucks.

So yesterday I started a new workout routine, I am following a site called Bodyrock.tv very interesting and the fitness test kicked my ass yesterday. Today is day two of a 30 day challenge. So wish me luck.
Made my first cup of DeathWish Coffee on Thursday and I can not stop drinking this stuff. It freak'in strong and the taste is rather nice. I was thinking it was going to taste bad since it was so high in caffeine, 200% more, so items like that tend to taste bad since they just want you to get buzzed and not really care about...
