The sun is shining and there are a million butterflies out today. They make me smile.

This morning I went to clinical to find out that my preceptor had been called off for the day. I told the charge nurse who was trying to find me another assignment that it was OK. My commo with my preceptor over the weekend was terrible, so I told her I would just go home.

I went to my mom's house to do laundry. Mama made me grits and fried eggs for breakfast. I got the laundry done, but I've pretty much fucked off the rest of the day.

After gaming back at my place for a few hours I decided to watch "Grave of the Fireflies" that my upstairs neighbor had loned me. If you hate yourself and you want to cry for the rest of the evening go ahead and watch this film.

For those of you that don't know my sister died in 1995 and this movie is about a boy and his sister in post war Japan. I made it through the movie, but I'm drunk now and it's seriously fucking with me.

It was fucking with me while I watched it, that's why I'm drunk.

No more butterflies for jojo. That sunshine seems far away right now.
